• Investigating and resolving issues with wrongly supplier setup
• Investigating, resolving or escalating Oracle Accesses
• Managing the approval hierarchy
• Creating new position in Oracle, location for new CC, Item category
• Ensuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with

• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Investigate, resolve or escalate queries/differences and disputes as required
• Sales reconciliation team tasks and activities

• Handles customer inquiries regarding card and toll services via telephone and email.
• Ensures fast, accurate, and courteous customer service while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) when handling complaints and requests.
• Provides assistance with card blocking, replacement, and activation.

• Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with Clubcard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary
• Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
• Taking ownership of the issue
• Escalating contacts efficiently

• Active participation in the preparatory and execution phase of primary market security transactions of clients of OTP Bank as well as by members of OTP Group.
• Client-acquisition with special attention to the below
• identifying and analyzing the possible leads;
• preparing tailored marketing materials;
