• Supplier and process auditing
• Responsible for the implementation and scheduling of the necessary internal and external audits

• Drive the documentation, streamlining, and harmonization of LPT Service processes globally.
• Design, implement, and drive the adoption of new standards and processes, including change management, documentation & governance, and training programs.

• Organizing and supervising maintenance of digital printer and its components

• Providing technical support for internal and external NX interfaces for blade related requests
• Technical evaluation of blade related findings (e.g. inspection reports, repair reports) and derivation of measures as 1st level technical support.
• Communication of the measures to the respective interface.
