Engineering Projects: Lead and manage engineering projects and design changes from concept through to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met....

• Driving technical project execution by managing subprojects across timing, budget, and technical scope, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Conducting manufacturing feasibility analyses (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA for new products to guarantee robust and cost-effective designs.

• Installation, commissioning and maintance of wet chemical process equipment in the PCB, Substrate and PV industries
• Conducting fault analysis and on-site repairs at customer locations
• Providing technical support and training to customers on-site
