• Collaboration in projects aimed at the introduction and development of products and manufacturing processes.
• Advising the development department on the feasibility and improvement of product design.

• Plan, direct, and monitor all training and educational activities at the Dunaharaszti plant.
• Coordinate the assessment of professional competency levels for employees working in production, technology, blow molding, and maintenance.

Industry 4.0 technologies: You identify, evaluate, and implement Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning, automation) into shopfloor processes to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve quality....

• Development of a value stream-oriented current state (Lean)
• Creation of digital models & simulations
• Design of an optimized future-state value stream & pilot line

• Current-state analysis & data collection:Recording production value streams at the Tiengen site through time studies, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
• Process & material flow analysis:Identification of bottlenecks and waste along selected product families.

• Define the lean management strategy for Operations Europe and ensure alignment to the Corporate lean management and regional strategy
• Ensure alignment between the lean roadmaps of all plants and the regional strategy

• Work together with cell (and SuperBattery) team engineers to design/improve/manage supercapacitor cells.
• Create, manage and keep up to date the design documentation (models, drawings, documents, risk assessments)
• Create deliverables according to the development process.

• Analyse, visualize and improve material and information flow in Interroll plants; identify value-adding and non-value-adding steps in order to optimize production
• Design production processes and workflows systematically to minimize waste, minimize bottlenecks and maximize value-add

• Coordinate activities for the transfer of new products into manufacturing.
• Close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and quality as part of the project lifecycle and post release of a product.
• Ensure PPAP compliance, including First Article Inspection (FAI).
