• Produce clear weekly and monthly financial reports
• Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections

• Independent execution of new bank financing processes for the commercial real estate portfolio
• Selection of suitable financing partners and presentation of the financing project
• Analysis and selection of financing offers and preparation of decision templates for management
