• Cost improvement activities - lead high level negotiations and deliver supply agreements to attain the annual targets.
• Conduct assessment of the supply market, apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc.

• Provide monthly, weekly, daily or ad-hoc reports to internal customers in the Shared Services organization and in various Business Locations of Howmet globally.
• Support special projects, reporting, analysis and process improvements.

• The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily in 40 hours/week. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing orders
• Supporting branch daily work
• Dealing with inside reporting /weekly, monthly/ tasks

Manage the full purchasing cycle by converting PRs to compliant POs, issuing orders, securing confirmations, and tracking deliveries while handling changes, returns, cancellations, and GR/IR alignment...

• Technical Support: Responding to requests for quotation (RFQs) in close cooperation with the Pre-sales team; recording and modifying new specifications.
• Feasibility Control: Assessing customer requirements against the company’s technological capabilities and production schedule.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout company processes to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics)
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling daily business-related inquiries
