• Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly financial plans, coordination of the planning process
• Preparation of financial forecasts in line with company goals and strategic directions
• Elaboration and development of financial models to follow the evolution of company performance

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial planning,
• Oversee financial reporting, cost control, and performance analysis across the manufacturing operations,
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs to drive business performance and identify areas for improvement,

• Take part of Flow Chart, FMEA, CP preparation
• Understand customer driven processes and distribute information for the wider team (warranty/specific q. req)
• Regular monitoring and communication of customer requirements issued on the customer portal
• Take part of internal audits

• Cost improvement activities - lead high level negotiations and deliver supply agreements to attain the annual targets.
• Conduct assessment of the supply market, apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc.
