You will be responsible for managing all inbound Adobe Experience Manager leads – identifying their needs, qualifying potential opportunities....

• Being responsible for a specific portfolio of Digital Experience customers
• Work with clients and partners to ensure that customers are successfully using the solutions and keep them
• Support our customers with specific solution resources available and with their issues and concerns (as needed)

• Outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social platforms
• Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations with Senior Sales Managers
• Collaborating with various departments such as Sales Operations and Marketing
• Achieving and exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets

• Own a market — you will be focused on the German market, and you'll be responsible for growing our top segments as if it were your own business.
• Run high-impact demos that clearly show prospects how our SmartBox product solves their operational challenges.

• Responsible for receiving incoming green coffee samples
• Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of samples to our customers
• Provide support to the trading team by cupping and grading coffees in accordance with company procedures and business requirements
