• Lifestyle product, engine oil, and accessories business management.
• Provide lifestyle products, engine oil, and accessories pricing to customers.
• Provide lifestyle products, engine oil, and accessories logistic service to the customer.
• Technical and product specification support.

• Bringing in new clients based from the new markets with the help of contacting them on a daily basis
• Responsible for commercial discussions & negotiations with business associates
• Looking after the registrations of new products/ re-registration of expired products

• Completion of RFQ's from customers
• Processing customer spot orders
• Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
• Customer price updates & price file management
• Rolling reviews of customer margin to maintain profitability.
• Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability.

• Process and maintain customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time
• Enter, update, and track orders in SAP
• Verify order details, pricing, and delivery information
• Process and maintain demo product reservations
• Communicate with internal teams regarding PO status and clarifications
