• Bringing in new clients based from the new markets with the help of contacting them on a daily basis
• Responsible for commercial discussions & negotiations with business associates
• Looking after the registrations of new products/ re-registration of expired products

• Handle smaller incoming corporate group and event enquiries
• Create and update group and event blocks in the Opera Cloud system
• Prepare contracts for corporate groups and events
• Issue pro forma invoices and manage rooming lists
• Manage daily administrative tasks, follow-ups and client correspondence.

The person will be responsible for the sales of all the different stock groups our company has to offer. Except the inquiries which will be received by email and phone calls from clients who have found us online, our new colleague will have the responsibility to post ads about our products daily...
