• Lead and support after-sales projects across the company's product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.

Manage and coordinate the global sales project roadmap across all sales channels (field, tele, depot, digital), with a focus on strategic development, process optimization, and tool enablement...

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the European market.
• Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and handle order processing.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.

• Secure long term profitable growth in the region (Nordics, UK, Ireland, Baltic States, Poland, Czech Republic and other central/eastern European states) in accordance to strategic directions and business plans
• Manage the existing accounts for customer satisfaction, business retention and growth
