• Manage ECO’s from End to end by all it’s aspects.
• Support production lines by solving engineering‑related issues and driving yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Supplier Quality to handle process deviations, NCRs, and CAPA activities. (Quality/process capability collaboration)

• Site management and coordination on Refining or Logistics projects
• On‑site supervision and inspection of contractors’ work.
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements
• Participation in technical scope preparation and tendering procedure

• Identify, evaluate, and localize suppliers, primarily in Hungary and Europe, for metal, plastic, and electronic components
• Lead supplier sourcing activities end-to-end, including market research, supplier identification, RFQ process, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
