• The site manager initiates, monitors and reviews work procedures, holds toolbox talks, daily point of work risk assessments and safety briefings with its team.

• Be accountable for strategic planning and execution of NTT Data Centre construction, fit-out, and infrastructure projects, at the respective site(s)
• Manage, develop and coach a team of internal and external Construction Managers, Project Managers and Design Managers, and General/Sub-Contractors

• Deliver passive fiber‑optic infrastructure for network expansions and customer projects.
• Plan, organize, and oversee multiple passive networks to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage construction activities across backbone and wide‑area network projects.
