• Full management of construction and renovation projects
• Coordination of architects, designers, suppliers, and contractors
• Control of timelines, budgets, and quality
• Communication with clients and partners
• Organization of on-site operations
• Preparation of project schedules

Define and execute the global Construction category strategy in close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including roadmaps aligned with project schedules, market dynamics, and risk appetite aligned with overall business objectives...

• Update and maintain BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Produce BIM models and CAD drawings in accordance with internal CAD guidelines and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Manage and track drawing status, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements for assigned projects
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in close alignment with stakeholders
• Prepare, submit, and manage project budgets; forecast resource needs and manage variation orders

• Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements, and recommend process improvement strategies across all projects.
• Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements.
