• Coordinate and monitor the progress of subcontractors and report regularly to the BOP Manager and other stakeholders
• Ensure timely project completion by continuously tracking schedules and adjusting plans to prevent delays

• Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the installation of hybrid towers
• Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors (RAMS analysis, HSE plan review, training matrix evaluation, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements on site

• Your role will involve verifying product offers to ensure they meet market needs and updating sales forecasts regularly to reflect current trends and projections.
• Implementing growth strategies will be a key part of your job, as you work to achieve targeted sales goals.

Property Analysis & Strategy Development You assess the condition, potential, and risks of real estate assets – including technical aspects – and develop strategic recommendations. You also engage external experts (e.g. lawyers, auditors, developers) as needed....

• Project management for complex, exciting, and innovative building construction projects in service phases 1–5 of the HOAI
• Development of sophisticated solutions from concept to detail for a wide variety of building typologies
• Management of the project team with responsibility for content and budget

• Reliable defect identification on concrete structures and their respective components within the wind energy area e.g.: foundations, concrete towers etc.
• Use of company provided checklists to document the findings from quality inspections including assigning of severity codes

• Creating digital plan drawings for draft designs, building applications, and implementation plans
• Measuring buildings and creating digital representations
• Compiling building application documents
• Creating and contributing to service specifications and checking construction invoices
