• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop financial plans and forecasts
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track commercial success

• Lead the annual budgeting process, as well as quarterly and monthly forecast updates, in collaboration with department heads
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and ad-hoc analysis

• Conducting risk analysis and modelling of clients’ portfolios for pitches and meetings and participation in client meetings.

• Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and standards for production controlling, and continuously improve controlling processes in close collaboration with relevant business function
• Product Costing & Planning:

• As part of our growing actuarial team, you are responsible for reserving tasks under local GAAP, IFRS and Solvency II in close collaboration with our Entities.
• Assist our Chief Actuary in providing actuarial advice to the CFO, Board and Branches.
• Advice on Solvency II topics across the Organisation.

• Prepare accruals, including advertising and promotion activities and invoice-to-net items.
• Analyse sales, margin and overhead reports to support month-end review.
• Support budgeting and monthly forecasting with the Finance Manager.
• Monitor variances throughout the year and highlight corrective actions.

Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of advanced risk measurement methodologies specifically for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and Credit Spread Risk in the Banking Book, including metrics like EVE (Economic Value of Equity) and NII (Net Interest Income)...

• Work closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support and implement wealth management strategies for PWM clients
• Develop and prepare marketing presentations for prospective clients that address equity, fixed income, and alternative investment components of asset allocation
