• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

• Proactively manage commercial business relationships and partnerships
• Build strong relationships with members of the Country Leadership Team
• Support country performance for profitable growth
• Ensure real-time support and improved insights into business performance for informed decision-making

• Deliver analytical support for portfolio evaluations, pipeline initiatives, lifecycle projects, and commercial due diligence.
• Structure and analyze commercial, cost, and performance data to guide prioritization and decision-making.

• Conduct due diligence activities in the context of corporate acquisitions, e.g., analysis of company data (balance sheets, income statements, etc.) and reviewing business models
• Formulating strategic concepts and conducting corporate evaluations
• Assistance in negotiating and completing transactions

Actionable Reporting: Use SQL, Python, or SAS to extract and analyze data, and build interactive Tableau dashboards that directly support business decisions and strategy....

• Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills in frequent interaction with other areas of the firm, in particular, senior stakeholders and regulators
• Strongly communicate verbally and in writing including escalate timely any blockers/setbacks

• Closely collaborate with global DOC leadership
• Improve processual and organizational setup of global DOC collaboration model
• Drive and develop regular reports on progress and effectiveness of globally distributed DOC's

• Build a consistent COGS view across German business units (materials, packaging, production, logistics)
• Analyze cost deviations vs. Budget / Forecast / Previous Year and identify key cost drivers
• Challenge Operations and BU leads on cost development and support performance improvement initiatives

Elicit, challenge, and document business and data requirements for the intensified and problem loan management phase of the customer lifecycle (including post-origination monitoring, arrears/forbearance, default, workout, and recoveries)....

• Lead performance analysis by identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities based on large and complex data sets.
• Translate financial and business questions into structured data-driven analyses and scenario models.

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned business units and functions, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and business cases to enable high-quality management decisions.
