• Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills in frequent interaction with other areas of the firm, in particular, senior stakeholders and regulators

• Improve processual and organizational setup of global DOC collaboration model
• Drive and develop regular reports on progress and effectiveness of globally distributed DOC's

• Define and implement governance for segment risk processes
• Provide transparency on EIS risk positions and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Aggregate portfolio risk positions in cooperation with CCO/CTO, oversee and report aggregated risk across EIS projects

• Further development of a modern reinsurance technical accounting structure of Talanx AG cedents with special focus on Latin America
• Verification and balancing of reinsurance data in order to process statements of accounts

Elicit, challenge, and document business and data requirements for the intensified and problem loan management phase of the customer lifecycle (including post-origination monitoring, arrears/forbearance, default, workout, and recoveries)....

Act as the primary point of contact, right hand, and problem-solver for the CFO, ensuring effective communication and relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders....

Analyse credit risks in corporate loan transactions and derivative trade requests to recommend accurate credit risk ratings and appropriate risk appetite...
