• Build a consistent COGS view across German business units (materials, packaging, production, logistics)
• Analyze cost deviations vs. Budget / Forecast / Previous Year and identify key cost drivers
• Challenge Operations and BU leads on cost development and support performance improvement initiatives

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across departments
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Monitor actual results versus budget/forecast and analyze variances

• Lead performance analysis by identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities based on large and complex data sets.
• Translate financial and business questions into structured data-driven analyses and scenario models.

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned business units and functions, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and business cases to enable high-quality management decisions.

• Perform regular Inventory valuations, reconciliations and physical count following internal procedures
• Perform product costing computations and analysis
