• correspond and cooperate with clients and colleagues in Switzerland,

• Identify and analyze intercompany transactions.
• Support the team in development of functional and financial analyses as well as comparable searches.

• Manage Invoice acceptance procedures
• Handle Invoice related questions, requests
• Own daily business communication and complaint resolution
• Work on and provide accurate monthly/ quarterly closing reports
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders
• Oversee general reporting on assigned portfolio

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external collaborators especially the UK Operations and UK Dealer Teams ensuring alignment on the UK Network Strategy....

• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting policies and their application to statutory financial statements.
• Lead the development and implementation of robust accounting processes and financial controls to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of high quality, insightful, value added, and automated management information.
• Responsible for bringing transparency to deal structures and explaining financial impacts in operational terms.

• Lead and develop the strategic and tactical planning for the Iberian retail portfolio.
• Work closely with Asset Managers, Retail Operations Managers, and field teams throughout the Capital Value Process (CVP).

• Creation, analysis and upkeep of regular reporting for the Fleet business
• Management of card balances of partners
• Track revenue
• Review of 3rd Party invoices
• Collaborate with other departments for business management and analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
