• Collaborate with Paramount’s international subsidiaries and tax teams on intercompany agreements and transactions
• Issue service fee recharge invoices in line with intercompany arrangements
• Monitor parked transaction reports and resolve pending items
• Prepare monthly intercompany accrual journal entries

• Contribute to strategy workshops with cross-functional leaders, supporting the definition of long-term goals and strategic priorities
• Identify, analyze and track trends, changes, and disruptions in relevant markets and competitors and derive implications for TKE

• Work within a leading financial advisory practice offering a full range of investment banking services
• Join a dynamic team involved in the origination and execution of M&A transactions
• Be part of the junior pool with exposure to UniCredit's sector teams (CHR, Industrials, TMT, NRUI)
