• Be on site as per customer schedule each workday.
• Responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental process on site.
• The site manager initiates, monitors and reviews work procedures, holds toolbox talks, daily point of work risk assessments and safety briefings with its team.

• Define quality requirements for electrical equipment in collaboration with Engineering, EPC, Procurement, and HSE teams
• Support supplier selection by acting as the quality subject matter expert for electrical components and systems

• You coordinate directly with the Business Unit Manager.
• You take overall technical responsibility for all projects within the Business Unit Boeing.
• You own the system architecture and define the technical solution strategy.
• You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams.
