• Reconcile reported physical airport stock with the stock recorded in accounting systems on a monthly basis.
• Prepare allocation reports and thoroughly investigate any differences identified during reconciliation.
• Verify all stock movements by ensuring that Opening Balance + In – Out = Closing Balance.

• Control accounting processes of other Finance teams to make sure the trial balance is prepared in a timely and accurate manner
• Support period-end close activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Drive expertise in Customer Service processes and provide recommendations for process and efficiency enhancements. 
• Represent the E2E Customer view in process and SAF implementation related workshops and conversations, drive value adding outcomes with real customer impact.

Accountable for end-to-end process performance including customer service, commercial outcomes, operational efficiency and risk management across multiple business units/teams...

Effective cash collection and monitoring of customer accounts (or own portfolio – may be cross-business or cross-country responsibility) consistent with BP’s credit standard & policies and preparing collection reports....

• Providing Finance Group and Statutory Reporting support for the assigned business units and countries
• Supporting timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in line with the Group Reporting Manual and relevant accounting standards
