• Developing and implementing human resources strategy.
• Collaborate with university leaders to make and implement strategic decisions regarding university’s talent management, organizational development and change initiatives. 

Define and complete regional Supply Chain, Procurement, and Partnership/M&A strategy, aligned with Castrol and bp’s strategic objectives....

• Program duration: Two years.
• Rotations: Two unique twelve-month assignments.
• HR functions: HR Systems, HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
• Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region.
