• Lead the operations FP&A finance organization and activity in Weilburg
• Provide guidance and leadership on the operations finance roles such as FP&A, Gross margin, Std costing, periodic close and reporting and other ad hoc requests

• Contribute to strategy workshops with cross-functional leaders, supporting the definition of long-term goals and strategic priorities
• Identify, analyze and track trends, changes, and disruptions in relevant markets and competitors and derive implications for TKE
