• Defines and develops the Global Process Engineering strategies and plans
• Interface with site leaders, Global Engineering heads and other global functional leads to ensure that strategies, plans and activities are integrated and aligned with the overall corporate objectives

Ensures the availability of the entire product portfolio of the product family optical devices by initiating and coordinating all necessary activities to maintain the availability, the conformity, and the competitiveness of the products in all markets during the lifecycle of the products...

• Lead and advance the global indirect procurement function, including strategy development, policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Manage, mentor, and develop an international high-performing team (~40 direct and indirect reports), fostering talent growth and knowledge sharing.

• Maintaining and continuous improvement of the Quality System, including the associated management documentation and ISO certifications
• Planning and coordination of internal audits as per Internal Audit Plan
• Planning and coordination of the yearly Management Reviews including Reporting

• Monitoring EHS regulations, assessing their impact, developing plans to implement changes, and follow-up on the progress
• Reviewing and reporting on EHS compliance across all Clarios EMEA sites to ensure consistent standards and performance
