Own the ongoing development, maintenance, and deployment of the outsourcing methodology across all business units, including associated tools, templates, reporting standards, and escalation processes....

• Maintaining and continuous improvement of the Quality System, including the associated management documentation and ISO certifications
• Planning and coordination of internal audits as per Internal Audit Plan
• Planning and coordination of the yearly Management Reviews including Reporting

Shape strategic direction: Lead assessments on evolving business models (e.g. aggregators, platform players, OEM strategies) and identify strategic options for E.ON's positioning in the Flex market....

• Lead and advance the global indirect procurement function, including strategy development, policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Manage, mentor, and develop an international high-performing team (~40 direct and indirect reports), fostering talent growth and knowledge sharing.
