• Leading the Operations team to ensure on-time delivery, strong margins, high OBQ (outbound quality), and complete order fulfillment
• Developing an effective Operations organization through hiring, coaching, and building a focused, collaborative culture

• Lead, organise and develop a high-performing Claims team focused on the German market, setting priorities, allocating capacity and removing blockers.
• Own end-to-end Claims processes and governance: compliance, risk controls, audit readiness and up-to-date internal documentation.

• Support the planning and delivery of business and operational projects across our global sites
• Contribute to process improvement, system optimisation and business efficiency, learning from experienced teams on site

• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data, including in-depth analysis of inventory and fixed assets.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations, preparing cash flow reports, developing cash flow forecasts, and identifying cash optimization opportunities.

• Strategic agenda management: Ensure that the priorities of the Group and CFO area are properly reflected in time allocation
• Group governance: Handle the CFO's internal (and external) mandates; incl. agenda alignment, information sharing, screening of briefing materials and notes

• You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Group Controlling team (currently 3 direct reports) and the FP&A team (currently 3 direct reports).
• You lead, manage, and execute the internal planning and budgeting processes across our five operating entities.

Strategy: develop and implement the global sales strategy, identify market trends and potential risks, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth, and report regularly to Segment and Group management...

• Define and own the financial technology strategy, with a primary focus on AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Anticipate and respond to future trends in finance and technology, positioning the organization as a leader in digital finance transformation.
