• Primary role is to retain and expand your team's book of business monthly, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.
• Deliver detailed and accurate team forecasting, build a decent 4RQ Plan to ensure continued success.

• Act as chief spokesperson for the company to the German works council and union, European works council or collaborate with the local HR Managers for negotiations with works councils or unions at European sites.
• Act as strategic advisor to other European sites for labor and employee relations issues.

• Experience engineering management firsthand: from team rituals to strategic planning
• Build and evaluate AI tools that support leadership and operational tasks
• Improve data-driven approaches to organizational decisions
• Contribute your ideas in team meetings where they'll have a real impact
