• Driving cash collection performance and reduction of overdue receivables
• Monitoring team performance through defined metrics and implementing action plans

• Management of a portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding invoices
• Contact with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to secure payment of overdue balances
• Monitoring of aged debt and prioritisation of collection activities

• Contract and invoice operations processes for specific cluster assigned
• Quality assurance for the relevant cluster’s contract and invoice operations activities
• Liaison with cluster sales reps to understand context per payment, payment terms, activation status and appropriate evidence provided

• Collection of debt on an allocated portfolio of customers
• End-to-end credit management tasks
• Calculation, approval and maintenance of credit limits for new and established customer accounts
• Regular 'order hold' review and decision making
