• Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities

• Responsible for the vision and roadmap of Logistics related IT systems.
• Works closely together with business representatives to identify development areas, to understand business demands and to define functional requirements towards Logistic related IT systems.

• Managing, coordinating, and instructing drivers who are currently available and ready for assignments.
• Planning and organizing driver assignments based on individual skills and competencies.
• Handling daily operational matters related to drivers and resolving arising issues.

• Lead and coordinate all daily operations of the office
• Ensure smooth functioning of internal processes and workflows
• Perform general administrative tasks, document management, and archiving
• Oversee personnel management, onboarding, and employee coordination

• TETRA and Agnet telecommunication network/platform support including upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Implementation, commissioning and support the Airbus telecommunication products and software.

• Daily administration of all sales, deliveries, and orders

• Program duration: Two years
• Rotations: Two unique six-month and one twelve-month assignments
• IT functions: data science, project/product management, Continuous Improvement/OPEX, IT business analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.

• Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of development and production environments
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with development teams to ensure reliable and efficient deployments
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS
