• Prepare and present recommendations weekly steering committee materials on market developments, portfolio performance and outlook.

• HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and labor law documentation.

• Support regional finance and controllership teams with technical accounting queries under IFRS and/or US GAAP
