Performing a variety of payroll, time and benefits administrative and analytical activities in support of the EMEA countries/affiliates and serving as a Tier 2 point of contact for all payroll, time & benefits customer inquiries...

• Execute end-to-end payroll activities, including data maintenance for tax, social insurance, and local/global benefits administration with high accuracy.
• Provide expert customer service by resolving complex inquiries, managing requests, and troubleshooting issues related to pay, time, and benefits.

• Participate in local, multi-site audits, following the instructions and guidance of the Lead Auditor (LA), Senior Auditor (SA), or Local IA Manager (LM)
• Actively contribute to all Internal Audit assignments
• Align with MOL Group’s strategic objectives,

• Managing day-to-day financial activities and ensuring compliance with KDN principles and policies.
• Ensuring smooth and timely month-end closing for assigned KDN entities.
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the income statement and balance sheet for assigned KDN entities.

• Participation in controlling projects (process simplification, DQ improvements, automatization)
• Develop and maintain strategic and operational dashboards and reports (SAS BI, Power BI / Power Platform)
• Execute database queries and perform data transformations (using SQL)

• Ownership and management of the product backlog and sprint planning
• Translation of business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Definition of flow intent and structure
• Collaboration with UX Designer on flow execution and UI Designer on visual consistency

• Design enterprise Data & AI strategies that use Data & Generative AI to drive real business growth
• Translate complex business needs into clear AI solutions that deliver value
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on AI adoption, regulations, and ROI
