Responsible for the accurate  and timely daily processing of all deal confirmations in the Treasury Management System ( Wallstreet FX) for a range of treasury trading financial products....

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of all deal confirmations in the TMS ( Wallstreet FX) for a range of treasury trading financial products.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions in the TMS for i) automated confirmations matching and ii) manual confirmations matching

• Lead and develop the strategic and tactical planning for the Iberian retail portfolio.
• Work closely with Asset Managers, Retail Operations Managers, and field teams throughout the Capital Value Process (CVP).

• Create, design and maintain reporting dashboards (Power BI)
• Manage, extract and consolidate data from multiple sources
• Capture and deliver reporting requirements from several business and finance collaborators
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports for management decisions

• Drive and manage various sourcing and contracting projects of low or medium complexity.
• Ensure that the business requirements are well-understood and properly covered in the sourcing process.
• Identify value levers and opportunities to maximise value for bp in the marketplace.

• Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)
• Reconciliation of balance and nominal accounts. All deviations should be verified and explained
• Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover
