• Playing a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimization of the ERP system
• Close collaboration with operational and regional teams (Spanish and Italian colleagues)
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes; posting accruals and provisions

• Handle inbound technical support requests (Phone, Email, Web).
• Validates customer entitlements and approves exceptions for unentitled customers.
• Dispatch out-of-TSR scope technical issues to the appropriate support group. 

• Being part of the business operation team dealing with complex administrative tasks.
• Preparing contracts (for customers and sub-contractors), employment contracts, CoPs and other documents if necessary.
