• Support the operationalisation of Vodafone’s Data Governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

• Managing operative Controlling activities in related Central departments with focus on fixed costs analysis;
• Supporting Department managers to achieve the fixed cost goals and targets; 

• 3-5+ overall working experience with at least 2+ years of relevant work experience 
• Experience in analytics, commercial performance, finance, or business analysis roles. 
• Exposure to retail, FMCG, aviation, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.  

• Take ownership on end-to-end customer service, coordinate all activities for the respected customer area.
• Take ownership and resolve raised telephone and written customer issues.
• Raise activities that are not actioned by assignees.
• Act as domain expert for the process covered.
