• Design, implement, and enhance SAP HCM functionalities with a primary focus on Payroll (DE/CH/AT), Time Evaluation, and Pension-related processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll results, time evaluation logic, and cluster data.

• Perform end-to-end GL accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
• Participate in closing process (monthly, quarterly, yearly),
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Support audit processes

• Maintaining and updating customer and vendor master data (e.g. tax numbers, tax forms)
• Reviewing tax-related forms (W-8, W-9) for completeness and correctness
• Verifying tax identification numbers in internal systems and external tools

• Managing assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
• Identifying and resolving issues through root-cause analysis and ensuring timely follow-up
• Supporting system and process improvements
• Creating reports and monitoring customer orders in SAP

• Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
• Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)
