• Conduct an analysis of parts prices and provide recommendations to standardize prices across different channels.

• Create and review new and existing products and packages to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
• Develop and update quotation and itinerary templates for both new and existing products.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
• Prepare, issue, and track client invoices
• Support payroll processing for international teams
• Produce clear weekly and monthly financial reports
• Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections
