• Coordinate the company-wide salary increase and bonus payment processes in accordance with local compensation policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and automation of the compensation processes.

• Container Platform Management: Designing, building, and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms (including microservice architectures).
• CI/CD & Release Management: Planning and implementing end-to-end CI/CD processes and release cycles using GitLab and other modern tools.

• Manage and prioritize supplier & GBS inquiries (phone & email)
• Monitor the central mailbox and ensure prompt follow‑up
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet and maintain SLA expectations
• Prepare daily/weekly reports (new, in‑progress, closed tickets)
