• Develop, update, and maintain HTML emails, responsive landing pages and microsites used in marketing campaigns.

• Validate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data

• Support projects across the full lifecycle (design, testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare)
• Work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams
• Manage changes and support requests within agreed timelines (SLA)

• Provide end-user support across SAP OTC and Finance processes
• Innvestigate and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration (customizing) within the SD module

• Handle smaller incoming corporate group and event enquiries
• Create and update group and event blocks in the Opera Cloud system
• Prepare contracts for corporate groups and events
• Issue pro forma invoices and manage rooming lists
• Manage daily administrative tasks, follow-ups and client correspondence.

• Develop and maintain our python-based model-agnostic AI agentic backend, managing connections between plugins and other components of the system
• Create and develop a plugin infrastructure of agents, MCPs, skills of our internal and external services under our core platform
