• Deliver established training programs using proven methods and materials to small groups, teams, or organizations with evolving needs.
• Develop and deliver training on topics such as product installation, maintenance, operations, upgrades, desktop tools, applications, and enterprise initiatives.

• Log and raise tickets for incidents and service requests received through various contact channels (phone, web, chat, email)
• Manage and resolve auto-generated tickets, ensuring end-to-end accountability and closure

• End-to-end accounting tasks, handling incoming and outgoing invoices, process travel and other expenses and other internal documents
• Manage monthly and annual closing and preparation of financial reports, post accruals
• Manage payroll related data reporting
• Tax administration

• Support the Legal Operations team within Legal and Compliance with reporting

• Monitor and operate existing HR automation workflows to ensure consistent performance and timely execution
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in automated processes
• Support the development and testing of new automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate

• Assist in monitoring and managing bad debt customers submitted for TCI and third-party collection
• Perform provision calculations and reporting for the designated market
• Track and allocate incoming payments from insurance companies and third-party collection agencies

• Support various HR teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks
• Participate in a structured rotational program with 4-month rotations across different HR functions
