Conduct tasks related to applications development, establish, and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs....

• Primary adviser on sales force effectiveness topics
• Ownership of segmentation and targeting cycles, customer universe and route-to-market updates
• Design and governance of the sales incentive plan including target setting, rules, settlement and performance monitoring

• Sales forecasting and production planning processes for a non complex vehicle line and markets
• Submission of sales requirements for responsible market(s) and models to support the Ford of Europe Production planning process

• Liaison with Ford of Europe PV Brand teams and NSC PV Product Marketing teams for product updates implementation
• Implementation of product marketing strategy including launches, in-cycle actions, and run-outs across Ford systems

• Leading PDO teams in building solutions and data products
• Bridging the gap between business requirements, complex data streams, and actionable AI/analytical solutions
• Managing the full project lifecycle from backlog grooming and agile coordination to technical delivery and operational deployment

• Liaison with Ford of Europe CV Brand teams and NSC CV Product Marketing teams for product update implementation
• Implementation of product marketing strategy including launches, in-cycle actions, and run-outs
• Preparation of different types of pricelists for FoE markets and NSCs

• Subject matter expert in large scope projects representing CMT Operations in product, training, learning and development, dealer query optimization (FR), MPS2 input quality, evidence check
• Development, documentation, testing, and coordination of process changes implementation

• Supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of HR systems
• Implementing HR technology policies, processes, and solutions aligning with business goals
• Managing Oracle HCM system-related requests and performing regular system upgrades

• Marketing/incentive programme setup in a dedicated system (MPS2) including programme writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paper
• Communication with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Teams to be aware of all key issues

• Salesforce development and solution delivery
• Design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
• Building and enhancing user experiences using Lightning Web Components and Aura Components

• Serving as the project lead and primary sponsor contact
• Accountability for overall delivery of the project including quality, time, and cost
• Establishing and communicating customer expectations to the project team
• Leading the cross functional project team to meet or exceed deliverables
