• Conduct a thorough review and analysis of parts orders across the entire region, provide recommendations for order optimization, and improve the parts supply rate.
• Conduct an analysis of parts prices and provide recommendations to standardize prices across different channels.

Ensure all deliverables with regards to number of transactions related to various administrative tasks connected with People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines. This includes processing payroll for colleagues, making payments and deductions, calculating salary,...

• Processing of all transactions and understands Business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Invoice Matching processes
• Manage Invoice Matching exceptions, calling out to the process immediately and reporting it

• Create and review new and existing products and packages to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
• Develop and update quotation and itinerary templates for both new and existing products.

• Keep in touch with our distributors daily
• Learn about our products to make sure you are always up-to-date
• Handle our partners’ orders – working together with our Logistics and Marketing team
• Daily administration of all sales, deliveries, and orders

• Take responsibility for manufacturing and production quality assurance processes, ensuring standards are not only met but consistently exceeded
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements

Focus on/resolve complex cases where a good supplier relationship is required, such as: pre-bookings, last-minute bookings, bookings without allotment, long-term bookings without valid contract, resolving of kick-outs and book-outs, avoiding of supplier cancellation charges, etc....

• Booking long distance coaches/ buses for Eastern & Western European destinations, also UK and Scandinavia
• Providing information for LDC companies
• Communication in English, troubleshooting with foreign partner offices and coach companies
