• Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks
• Participate in a structured rotational program with 4-month rotations across different HR functions

• Ensure timely and accurate Fixed Asset Accounting for supported entities
• Perform reconciliations between ledgers, statutory accounts, and corporate reporting
• Provide timely responses to accounting queries and financial analysis requests

• Printing, signing, and filing HR documentation
• Supporting occupational health administration tasks
• Assisting monthly payroll by collecting absence-related documents and managing time-off entries
• Supporting the drafting of offer letters and employment agreements

• Lead and develop AP & AR teams
• Oversee invoicing, collections, supplier payments and cash allocation
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for AP/AR
• Maintain strong financial controls and data quality

• Drives development and implementation of squad’s analytics strategy and roadmap, incl. data source selection, data collection, transformation and standard reporting
