• Developing and/or update Control Philosophy for existing or new control systems

• Lead discipline engineers to initiate, collaborate, and complete engineering design tasks.
• Review design and shop drawings from Hungarian and international engineering designers or vendors, ensuring full compliance with Hungarian and EU codes and regulations.

• Generate prospects using advanced seismic techniques and integrated petroleum geological evaluation in a timely and budget-conscious manner.
• Evaluate and interpret seismic data, plan new projects, and identify old data for reprocessing.

Create and deliver high-quality PR content - including copywriting, presentations, speeches, and press materials for internal and external audiences in both Hungarian and English....

Own data quality and integrity for Group-level asset and market optimization, proactively challenging constraints that limit production, market supply and value creation...

• Performing geophysical evaluations of field development and production optimization projects in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Providing key inputs for reservoir modelling, including structural frameworks and seismic-based reservoir parameter predictions.

• Provides financial data for investment financial reports, regularly reviews processes and adjusts them to business needs
• Supports Project Managers in financial and accounting matters

• Define and execute the product strategy for MOL’s digital loyalty platform
• Drive capability development, including personalization, gamification, mobility integration, and ecosystem features
• Shape long‑term product vision with senior stakeholders and translate business goals into product outcomes
