• Support the Budapest based team with data management activities
• Be involved in various different tax reporting processes
• Prepare certain documents and send those to various stakeholders
• Provide support with tax documentation and document collection

• Assess internal intelligence and evaluate third-party data sources to close data quality gaps
• Ensure data integrity and contribute to data governance initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing recurring processes

• Manage a team of 10+ customer service agents.
• Assist agents on the floor by answering their questions or queries.
• Process agent related activities such as scheduling, leave approvals and overtime planning in the internal trackers.
• Handle misconduct cases.

• Support various HR teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
