• Collaborate with developers to establish processes that ensure delivery of quality backend and UI part of the platform.
• Write and run test cases based on real production work, and create scripts for automation.

• Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Support the business to discover, define, and implement new KPIs, metrics, and insight models.

• You are in charge of smooth operations of the reception team and provide great customer service to our guests
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.

• As an individual contributor you will support controlling processes of - beside the Hungarian entity - our cluster companies in Austria and Serbia
• As an expert in Power BI / query / pivot you will redesign/reshape controlling reports, managing monthly financial closing

• Design and implement a QC-sample-data strategy to support longitudinal comparability
• Define acceptance criteria and evaluate instrument performance, signal drift, and technical variation across batches and years

• You ensure high customer satisfaction through effective and efficient processing of orders to meet Customer SLA requirements
• You examine customer orders to ensure the validity of product specifications (including configuration), quantities ordered, and any special pricing agreements or requirements

• You maintain the customer catalogue pricing, change management of IT products and End of Life products
• You liaise with customers to add and remove products from the catalogues & quote and source new products via International IT Suppliers or Partners

• Managing Purchase Order Lifestyle from PO through to completion
• Ensuring the accuracy of all requisition details before submission
• Resolving errors and queries in PO’s
• Ensuring all PO’s are issued to vendors
• Tracking orders to ensure deadlines are achieved and sourcing alternative products if required

• ​Design and Build: Develop robust Power BI dashboards and data models (using DAX and Power Query) to replace legacy manual reporting.
• ​Automate Workflows: Eliminate repetitive manual tasks and excel-based processes using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), VBA, or Python.

• In this role you will identify and source new business opportunities (leads) in the industrial and medical gases sector
• You will provide continuous, structured feedback to lead sources on the status and quality of submitted leads

• Technical coordination with partners regarding manufacturing, development, and any complaints.

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers and market opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and expand long term customer relationships that drive business growth.
• Lead customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts with confidence.

• Develop the Information Security Management System and assure compliance with NIS-2.
• Develop, revise, and maintain information security procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide guidance, advice, and training to strengthen information security awareness and competence across the organisation.
