• Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
• Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)

• Provide customer and technical support, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment assistance for engineers
• Resolve inquiries efficiently by following support procedures, escalating complex issues to Level 2 when needed

• Support VAT advisory work across EMEA under the guidance of senior VAT and tax colleagues
• Assist with analysis of VAT technical matters including place of supply, tax points, taxable persons and activities, cross-border transactions, and supply chain flows

• Mapping and documenting business needs together with the Designers, Consultants, Architect and client stakeholders
• Transforming business requests into actionable development plans, user stories, and robust acceptance criteria

• Collect supplier documentation and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Perform supplier assessments, including sanctions screening and financial analysis.

• Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)
• Create manual purchase orders
• Maintain info records (price, material data ) in SAP
• Support in clearing blocked invoices from Eaton suppliers
• Manage incoming emails from common mailbox
• Support team in daily activities

• Develop, design and maintain backend services for mobile applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and evolve RESTful APIs ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Upload and maintain Commercial Terms in GSAP
• Assist with Commercial Terms simulations for the Professional / B2B business
• Contribute to accrual top-up and release activities
• Perform contract checks against GSAP records
• Handle business inquiries and support reporting requirements
