• Analysing large office property portfolios to assess performance, occupancy, lease structures, and risk exposure, and delivering strategic, data-driven recommendations
• Preparing financial models and business cases (cash flows and option comparisons) to support real estate decisions.

• Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including opportunity follow-up and deal progression
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers
• Handle daily customer and distributor requests
• Support order processing and customer communication
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and reporting
