• Participating in the preparation of management reports on business units’ financial performance, market position, sales and pricing activities, and opex and capex spending
• Preparing strategic and financial plans
• Maintaining efficient cooperation with finance teams and business units

Supporting and collaborating in regularly reviewing and adapting claims management processes, implementing best practices across MOL Group, including identifying, assessing, documenting, negotiating, and settling; maintaining new policies and ensuring ongoing development of procurement processes....

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations
• Analyse foreign currency movements and support financial reporting activities
• Prepare internal financial reports and supporting documentation

• Manage daily operations of IT infrastructure (including Security measures), ensuring seamless functionality in Data Centers and in Remote Locations.
• Collaborate with various IT functions, particularly with the IT Service Desk and Desktop Team, to ensure efficient process execution.

• Design, implement, and enhance SAP HCM functionalities with a primary focus on Payroll (DE/CH/AT), Time Evaluation, and Pension-related processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll results, time evaluation logic, and cluster data.

• Planning and executing sustainable value chain development projects, defining scope, requirements, business cases, and managing resources, timeline, and budget
• Establishing and guiding multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic direction and handling day-to-day execution and communication

• Support the development and implementation of the financial strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial processes, prepare managerial reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct profitability calculations, pre- and post-cost analyses, and prepare forecasts.

• Identify, reach out to, and sign mid-tail retail partners in Budapest 
• Focus on high-value categories such as electronics, home & DIY, beauty, FMCG, and other general retail segments.  
• Work with warm and “hot” leads, including major opportunities within the retail field
